Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges 30 days after your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, in a certain number of days.

 

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

The next step is to contact your bank. Often it takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full price items will be refunded. Unfortunately, products on final sale cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to contacto@kuu.com.mx and send the article to: Av. Rubén Darío 1529, Colonia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jal, 44630, Mexico.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift was sent to the buyer for delivery later, we will send the buyer a refund and they will know of your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to: Av. Rubén Darío 1529, Colonia Providencia, Guadalajara, JAL, 44630, Mexico.

You will be in charge of paying shipping expenses for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth more than $ 1,000.00 MXN ($48.00 USD), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
