Returns & Exchanges

Our policy allows you exchange any item that is defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds of any kind as our items are made to order by hand by Wixárika artisans. To honor the integrity of our brands values as well as maintain our sustainable and socially conscious efforts we abide by this policy. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You may exchange your item for the same item you originally purchased. Please send us an email to info@kuushop.us and send the item to: Kuu · Av. Ruben Dario 1529 · Providencia 4ta Secc · Guadalajara, JA 44636 · Mexico.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved, your exchange will be processed and your new item will be shipped to you. 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item. Once we receive the item, your gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 

Shipping

To exchange your product, you must send it to: Kuu · Av. Ruben Dario 1529 · Providencia 4ta Secc · Guadalajara, JA 44636 · Mexico.

You will be in charge of paying shipping expenses for the item you are sending. Shipping costs are not refundable. Kuu will cover the shipping cost for your replacement item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product worth more than $48.00 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your new item without this purchase.
